On-Site Leadership

Cornerstone has a leadership team of full-time Event Operations Managers. The Event Manager assigned to you will be present and available during all aspects of planning, set-up, event operations, and tear-down.

The Event Manager also works directly with Cornerstone senior and executive leadership in the design and execution phase, resulting in an intimate understanding of the parking plans and goals for each event.

Following each event, your Event Manager will present an After-Action Report to you that documents data points and objectively reviews what went well, what needs improvement, and recommendations for your future events.

Our executive team is also fully engaged and available for pre-event, event, and post-event consultation. They take the time to understand your critical criteria and priorities. This level of leadership involvement ensures that our parking plan supports your strategic event parking needs and goals. Other firms promise executive support; Cornerstone delivers it.
